I’m kind of disappointed that this Fresno WordPress Meetup I used to go to no longer has Friday afternoon meetings. Now they meet on Tuesdays at 6 o’clock at night. That’s too late for me considering that I try to only be out from 6 AM to 6 PM and that it’s far from my house. Luckily, I know other meetings I can go to namely support groups (also called classes) at Blue Sky Wellness Center. I’m excited about this planner I have. I decided to start using it now since the first planning page starts with September and this week is when September begins. I’m also excited about possibly using my Travel Journal as long as my brother doesn’t say to return it; I paid about $15 for it.
As far as my mental health goes I’m getting pretty good sleep, I may be getting panic attacks (not the way I used to get them though), and I still get upset with my brother but I’m getting along with my mom. One tip I can give joining a support group is like joining a bible study group, Sunday school class, Sabbath school class, college or high school club, or after-school program showing up is half the work. Fifty percent of life is showing up. Still you might want to be cautious about secular psychology.
